Welcome to SimpliKraft AI! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SimpliKraft AI mobile application ("App") and related API services. By downloading, installing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Services & Description

SimpliKraft AI provides a neural image design tool, enabling users to generate artwork, portraits, and customized template outputs by uploading reference photographs. The service is divided into a Free Ad-Supported Tier and Premium Paid Tiers.

2. Subscription Tiers & Billing

  • Free Tier: Free generations are subsidized by Google AdMob ads. You may be required to view rewarded video ads to unlock generations. Free tier features are subject to daily generation limits.
  • Premium Subscriptions: Premium tiers remove all ads, increase generation speeds, and unlock higher limits. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You can manage and cancel subscriptions at any time through the Google Play Store settings.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

By using the App, you agree not to upload reference photos that:

  • Infringe on the copyright, trademark, or privacy rights of any third party.
  • Depict illegal, abusive, harmful, hateful, or explicit/sexual content.
  • Harm or exploit minors in any way.

We reserve the right to ban accounts and block devices that violate these guidelines.

4. User Content & IP Ownership

You retain full ownership of any reference pictures you upload to the service and the generated masterpieces. SimpliKraft AI does not claim any copyright ownership over your generated results. You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, cache, and process your uploaded photos solely for the purpose of delivering the image generation service to you.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and API services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. SimpliKraft AI makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, uptime, or quality of the AI generation outputs.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SimpliKraft AI, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maharashtra, India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
