Data Deletion

You can delete your SimpliKraft AI account and associated app data from inside the app or by contacting us. This page is provided for Google Play account deletion and data safety requirements.

Delete from the App

  1. Open SimpliKraft AI.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Open Settings.
  4. Tap Delete Account.
  5. Confirm the deletion prompt.

Request Deletion by Email

If you cannot access the app, email support@simplikraft.ai from the email address used for your SimpliKraft AI account. Use the subject line Delete My SimpliKraft AI Account.

Please include your account email and, if available, your app user ID. We may ask you to verify account ownership before deleting data.

What We Delete

  • Your SimpliKraft AI user profile.
  • Generation records associated with your account.
  • Saved designs associated with your account.
  • App-stored generated image assets associated with your account.
  • Push notification tokens.
  • App-side subscription records stored by us.

Temporary Uploaded Photos

Uploaded input photos used for photo-required generation are temporary. They are used only to process the selected generation request and are deleted from temporary processing storage after completion or failure. Because these inputs are not intended to be stored as account assets, there may be no separate uploaded-photo record to delete after processing cleanup is complete.

What May Remain

  • Google Play billing, cancellation, tax, refund, or purchase records controlled by Google.
  • Records we must keep for legal, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute, or security reasons.
  • Aggregated or de-identified operational data that no longer identifies you.
  • Content you already exported, shared, downloaded, or posted outside SimpliKraft AI.

Processing Time

In-app deletion starts immediately. Email deletion requests are usually reviewed within 7 days and completed within 30 days unless we need extra verification or are legally required to retain limited information.
