SimpliKraft AI ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data of our users ("you", "your", or "user"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, process, and disclose your information when you use our mobile application ("App") and our associated API services.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information to provide better services and improve your experience inside the App. This includes:

  • User Profiles: When you register or sync your account (e.g., using Google Sign-In), we collect your name, email address, and avatar image.
  • Photos & Reference Images: To run our template-based face consistency models, you upload portrait photos. These photos are transmitted securely to our API to compile and render your customized template outputs.
  • Device Metadata: We collect hardware configurations, operating system versions, and anonymous device fingerprints to enforce free trial thresholds, prevent anti-abuse, and manage subscription validation.
  • Push Notification Tokens: We collect and register FCM (Firebase Cloud Messaging) tokens to send you notifications when your background image generations complete.

2. How We Process and Store Your Data

Your privacy is our core engineering guideline. We process your data in the following ways:

  • Image Processing: Reference images you upload for face templates are processed dynamically on secure cloud servers.
  • D1 Databases: Your profile details, generation history, and saved designs are stored securely in Cloudflare D1 SQL databases.
  • R2 Object Storage: Your generated images and custom assets are stored in secure Cloudflare R2 Buckets.

3. Third-Party Integrations

The App integrates with the following third-party SDKs and networks:

  • Google Mobile Ads (AdMob): We serve banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads inside our free tiers. AdMob may collect and process device IDs, general location data, and advertising identifiers (e.g., AAID) to deliver targeted ads.
  • Firebase (Google): Used for secure user authentication (OAuth) and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) push notifications.

4. Data Retention and Security

We implement strict security measures (SSL/TLS encryption, session-limited access, database firewalls) to protect your data. We retain your account data and image history as long as your account remains active. You can request the complete deletion of your account and all associated reference images/masterpieces at any time by contacting us.

5. Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top.
