Uploaded input photos are temporary. They are used only to process your selected generation request and are deleted from temporary processing storage after completion or failure.

Secure processing safeguards apply. Generation requests use trusted service providers with only the data needed to complete the selected request.

You control deletion. You can delete saved designs in the app, delete your account in Profile, or request deletion from our public deletion page.

SimpliKraft AI ("SimpliKraft", "we", "our", or "us") provides AI-assisted image generation, template discovery, saved designs, ads for free users, and optional paid plans. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it, and how you can request deletion.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: user ID, email address, display name, profile avatar URL, sign-in provider, tier, plan status, and account timestamps.
Generation requests: selected template, text fields you enter, prompt text for prompt-based generation, aspect ratio, generation mode, status, timestamps, and non-sensitive processing metadata needed to complete the request.
Uploaded input photos: photos or reference images you intentionally choose for photo-required templates. These are transmitted to our backend only to process the specific generation request.
Generated outputs: the final images generated for you and the generation record needed to show your result/history. Saved designs are stored until you delete them or delete your account.
Device and anti-abuse data: device identifiers, app version, platform, usage counters, rate-limit signals, and related metadata used for quota enforcement, fraud prevention, security, and service reliability.
Notifications: Firebase Cloud Messaging tokens used to notify you when a background generation is ready.
Support communications: messages you send to our support or legal contact addresses.

2. How We Use Information

To create, authenticate, and maintain your account.
To process templates, prompts, uploaded input photos, and generated images.
To show your generation status, generation history, saved designs, plan limits, and app configuration.
To enforce free and paid plan limits, prevent abuse, protect service integrity, and diagnose failures.
To send transactional notifications, such as generation completion alerts.
To provide free-tier advertising and comply with applicable advertising consent requirements.
To respond to support, safety, copyright, privacy, and deletion requests.

3. Image Processing and Retention

Uploaded input photos are processed for the selected generation only. We do not use your uploaded input photos to build public templates, sell face data, identify you outside the app, or train a public model. Temporary uploaded inputs are deleted from temporary processing storage after the generation completes or fails.

Generated output images may be stored in app-controlled storage so you can view, download, share, or save your results. Unsaved free outputs may expire automatically. Saved designs and persistent outputs remain available until you delete them, delete your account, or request deletion.

4. Service Providers and Sharing

We use service providers to operate the app, including cloud hosting/storage, authentication, push notifications, payment/subscription validation, advertising, and secure generation processing. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services to us. We do not sell your personal data.

Authentication and notifications: Firebase/Google services may process sign-in and push notification data.
Advertising: Google Mobile Ads may collect advertising identifiers, device information, coarse location, and ad interaction data according to your consent choices and Google policies.
Payments: Google Play handles paid subscription billing, cancellation, and refunds according to Google Play rules.
Infrastructure: Cloud storage, databases, and edge services store app-owned data and generated outputs.
Generation processing: trusted processing services may receive the minimum data required to complete the selected generation request.

5. Legal Bases and User Choices

We process data to provide the service you request, perform our agreement with you, protect the app from abuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve reliability. Where required, we request consent for ads, notifications, or device permissions. You can manage notification permissions in your device settings and ad choices through Google/Android privacy controls.

6. Data Security

We use HTTPS/TLS in transit, authenticated API access, access-limited storage, signed or normalized asset delivery, server-side abuse controls, and deletion workflows. No internet service can guarantee perfect security, but we design the app to avoid storing uploaded input photos longer than necessary for processing.

7. Data Deletion

You can delete saved designs inside the app and delete your account from the Profile screen. You can also submit a request at Data Deletion. Account deletion removes your SimpliKraft profile, generation records, saved designs, notification tokens, app subscription records stored by us, and app-stored generated assets associated with your account. Google Play billing records and legally required records may remain with Google or as required by law.

8. Children

SimpliKraft AI is not directed to children under 13 and is not intended for use by children under the minimum age required in their country. Do not upload images of minors unless you have all required rights and consent and the use is lawful, safe, and non-exploitative.

9. AI Safety, Illegal Content, and Reports

You are responsible for the prompts, images, and assets you submit and for how you use generated outputs. Do not upload or generate illegal, abusive, exploitative, deceptive, hateful, sexual, infringing, or harmful content. We may remove content, block requests, suspend accounts, preserve information, or report activity when required by law or platform policy. You can report unsafe or infringing generated content from the app's reveal screen or by contacting support@simplikraft.ai.

10. International Processing

Your data may be processed in countries other than where you live. Where applicable, we use appropriate safeguards for service-provider processing and only transfer data as needed to operate the service.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the app, laws, or platform requirements change. We will update the "Last updated" date and, when appropriate, notify users in the app.
